My sodium actually tends toward the low side.  I eat pickles pretty much every day. Yummy, salty, crunchy.  The perfect snack.

For lunch I make up tuna fish and then after I eat that I have some zesty pickle slices. Man they are good. I bet the juice would be good.

I love pickle juice... well at least I did pre-surgery! My sodium runs a little low now on my stage in my food plan. Just graduated to pureed on Friday. Can't wait until I can have a crunchy pickle. I may try mixing some pickle juice in with my purees to make them taste better! How long until you guys could eat pickles without any problems?

Supposedly pickles are a great source of probiotics and help a lot with digestion!
