After weeks of being stuck in the lower 230’s, I FINALLY broke through the plateau!!! Today I am officially down 50 lbs and 2 pants sizes (with no muffin top)!!!! I can’t tell you how excited I am. I have a renewed feeling of empowerment, which could not have come at better time. I was just beginning to doubt whether or not I would be able to really do this.
