Hello,

I am starting the Puree phase of the Vertical Sleeve Diet, and was wondering if I could get insight on how to keep track of my Protein, Calories, etc..

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated..

I have used My Fitness Pal (online and the app) to track everything that goes into my mouth. I know many here use the same tool. It can be used in any phase really and you can modify your daily goals accordingly.

I hope you get a chance to check it out and see if it will work for you. My Fitness Pal
