VSG on 05/13/14

I had my surgery on 5/13/14 and found out that I LOVE hiking (great way to excercise (your in nature and get to hang out with friends). My surgery weight was 242 and this morning I weighed 203.5.... I can't believe that I am so close to being out of the 200. I have been lurking on Obesityhelp for a while and it has really helped me. Thanks to everybody for being so brave and sharing your life's with everyone. Going to work/volunteer at the Gilroy Garlic Festival today. My youngest daughter will enjoy the food. 😊🌸
