About those stalls...

I had surgery on May 6th and I really haven't had a stall...until July...the ENTIRE month. I did lose weight, but only 4 lbs. I do measure and today is the day. In each of the previous months losing 10-15 lbs, I lost about 3-4 inches. In July, I lost 9 inches! Everyone said that would happen, and everyone was right. Don't let the stalls get you down. Your body is just trying to play catch up and develop muscle. Hope this helps someone through a stall or other rough patch!

Haven't had the surgery yet (8/11/14).  But I have dealt with stalls with every diet plan that I ever have tried.  Theres just to many variables to determine Why the stall occurs, but if your following your diet, and are excising  moderately, then your going to be working toward losing in the big picture.  We all like seeing the scales go down, and they will, just might not go down every time we get on them, but thats not a bad thing!

Losing 4 months doesn't sound like a stall!  Just.. a slow month :P  Congrats on the inches lost!!  It's great to have multiple ways to assess progress :D
