Just realized that I went from "obese" to "overweight" on the BMI chart as of a couple days ago -- figured only people here would understand how happy that makes me!

Long way to go but so far the journey has been worth every second.

Oh yeah!  This was a big one for me.  

I think I will be on the edge of overweight / normal for the rest of my life!

Wonderful!  Congratulations!  I'm hoping I'm there by the end of this month.  Only 4 or so pounds to go.  That's a biggie for me, because I have probably only had a BMI less than 30 for a total of a year of my life after Kindergarten (and I'm almost 35).  Even when I played volleyball in HS I was considered obese.  So I definitely can understand how happy this milestone is!
