The first 100
I can't believe I over looked it - yesterday I hit -100 since my consult.
The amazing part is how much easier and enjoyable it is to live life. I'm less crabby, more patient, hiding less, trying more, standing taller, more confident, etc...
Why did I wait so long to get sleeved? Here is to keeping on track and dropping the next 100!

MUST BE SOMETHING IN THE AIR. I ALSO HIT THIS MARK TODAY AS WELL AS ANOTHER POSTER. I WAS SUPER STOKED. I STARTED THIS JOURNEY BACK IN MID MARCH AT MY HIGHEST WEIGHT EVER!(414). HAD SURGERY LAST WED. 30TH. LOST A TOTAL OF 22 LBS. SINCE THEN. GREAT JOB! KEEP IT UP.I"M NOW DOWN TO 313!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
