getting back on track
I had my sleeve about 4 years ago and while I have lost about 90 pounds I have recently gotten lost and have regained 40 pounds. It is my fault but I can't seem to get focus. I do feel if I find me a protein shake I like then I could get back on track. I had been drinking the EAS Carb shake but they reformulated the shake and I am not pleased with the new taste. Any suggestions would be great!!
You have to forgive yourself and realize you are worth the effort it takes to lose weight and keep it off.
Make good choices, track your food, weigh/measure your portions, increase your activity.

I too am almost 4 years out and have regain 10 pounds and trying very hard to get back to basic as I don't want it to sky rocket into something more. I'm back to protein and veggies, no flours, starches, sugars or fruit for the time being. When I eat carbs I lose control and crave more carbs. So this is my challenge for the next 4 weeks.
Good Luck.

I might be the Lone Ranger, but I really like Unjury protein powders. To me their classic chocolate with Mootopia fat free milk (HEB brand, a grocery store in the south) taste just like chocolate milk. For 8 oz. Of milk and 1 scoop of powder it's 190 calories, but a whopping 33 grams of protein (21 from powder, 12 from milk) I've tried ones like Premier Protein, those are too thick for my taste. I also liked Muscle milk 100, but I haven't tried those since surgery.
