Have you exercised today?
For the first tiime in many years, I actually got up early and went walking. I did 2.6 miles in 45 minutes. Last night I did a one hour weight workout covering lower and upper body.
I hope I don't crash this afternoon, but right now, I do feel pretty dang good. I don't know if my wife will appreciate me getting up at 5:30 everyday.

The coolest part of it was I could have kept going...but I have SO much to do here at home today because I'm going kayaking tomorrow. I stopped. But I didn't HAVE to stop. It was a choice. I think I had at least another mile in me!
