I have only lost 3 pounds in the last three weeks and am hovering above goal.  Why are the last few pounds that hardest? Ugh! Suggestions to kick this in the tail?

Those last pounds are very hard.  Your body is closer to where you need to be and is resistant to letting go of the weight.  Just keep following your plan and they will come off.

I was right where you are a few weeks back. I was just a measly few pounds from goal and could NOT get it off! So frustrating! Just hang in there and stay on track. It will come off!

Thanks guys... It is frustrating. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful for every pound lost, but really want to achieve my goal. It's more of a I'm gonna do this if it's that last thing I do type of feeling. I am following my plan and guess I just need to be patient! Healthy BMI, here I come!

I think that if you are still losing a pound a week as you approach goal, then you are doing great.  Believe me, it could be worse! (smile)

Yeah, I'm having the same issue.  Wonder if I could get there if I spend some time in the gym sauna each day?   LOL
