General range of the usual answers:  No more than 5 pounds for the first two weeks, no more than 25 pounds for weeks 2-4.

About 4-6 weeks before all restrictions are lifted, but you're still healing so don't do anything stupid.

Answers are usually physician specific but generally fall into these ranges.

HW: 255 (6/5/13), SW: 240 (6/19/13), CW: 169 (9/16/14)

My surgeon says 3 weeks. I explained to him the amount of weight I lift in the gym. He said as long as I feel good, go for it. I lift with people who compete in body figure competitions. And we go HARD! Leg press 200#, bench 80#. I am so ready to get back to it.
