I've sailed through the clear liquids, liquid stages. I'm about to start soft/pureed foods. What do you all eat when in this stage. I have no idea how to even start this stage. Any help would be great!! Thanks!!!

Thank you SO much!! I figured I'd make it all handmade just so I know what's going into it, but I had no idea what to eat or where to start!

Purees have been great! The hardest thing has been having enough variety but coping with my tiny serving size. I'll make something and it has like 40 servings. My freezer and tupperware is my friend.

Here are some things I have made. Your requirements may differ and my new tiny stomach seems pretty tough so YMMV.

- Pureed tri-tip steak with blue cheese

- Chicken Makhani

- Boneless skinless chicken thighs pureed with lots of different things: olives, basil & parmesan, avocado & lime juice.

- Eggface ricotta bake with a layer of pureed italian sausage underneath.

- Pork shoulder slow cooked with a spice rub, then pureed with 1T low sugar BBQ sauce (I like Stubbs - 15 calories and 3 grams of sugar).

- Very soft cooked scrambled egg. Whisk the entire time then stir in .5T of creme fraiche or sour cream at the very end.

- A bowl of ricotta with salt and pepper. My friend brought me REALLY GOOD ricotta from the Italian Market in Philly. It's great by itself.

The recipe maker in My Fitness Pal is my friend. Also my mini food processor. Best $35 I ever spent!
