Aug 19 Exercise Report - what did you do today?
I guess taking a day off helped. I did 2.11 miles this morning in 33:22 which is very fast for me. I did the first mile in 15:43 and the second in 15:51. I have never done sub 16 minute miles and to do both in under 16 is great for me. Surprisingly, my heart rate was fairly low at 136. I will admit, to get my heart rate up, I managed to do some jogging. I would jog for 15 seconds then walk for 45 seconds. All in all, a pretty good morning.

The elliptical is tough, six mins starting out is good.

Just finished at the Y doing an upper and lower weight workout.

65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.45 miles!
Then I did 20 minutes yoga - beginner stretches for runners. I love yoga.

Walked 2 and a half hours in the bklyn botanical gardens with my mom, then drove her home, then I went to the gym to bike ride for 41minutes, then worked on weights upper & lower body for 20 minutes. Whew I'm so tired & sore, but it's a good kind of tired, should sleep good tonight!
No one surgery is better than the other, what works for one may not work for another. T-Rebel
