Do you think 300 calories is a big meal.

Feel free to add your own.

I was logging my lunch and noticed I had 300 calories left fordinner and thought, wow, that's a lot.  4 months ago 300 calories would not have been an appetizer.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

In weight loss it would have been a "big" meal but with 4 oz. of protein and some veggies it sounds about right for maintenance.

Most of my meals run in the 250-350 calories.  The difference is "nuts" which are small in size but calorie dense.

That also assumes we're talking regular meals and not ice cream or other similar snacking.

I'd probably feel a bit panicked at a 300 calorie meal. Heck, sometimes I feel panicked if I'm at half that. Definitely a different mindset.
