2 weeks till surgery...having second thoughts...please help.

I'm pre-op and back a few months ago I did the same thing. I questioned myself if I really needed surgery or can I do weight loss again on my own?? Two months later I have no longer questioned myself and I know I do need the sleeve in order to suceeed! I know how to lose weight, I DO NOT know how to maintain. With the help of the sleeve and psych I'm taking surgery as a second chance to reclaim my life.

Look back at the past and when you have had sucess losing weight, maintaining weight and why the weight has come back on! Good look to you!!
