No protein. I am suppose to be on clear liquids first 2 weeks.  I will try a fat free pudding slowly, maybe that will help. Thank you. This forum is great support. I feel like only you know what I am feeling

Isopure is a clear liquid with protein. http://www.theisopurecompany.com/en/drinks

Might help. Also Gatorade with eletrolytes might be a life saver for you right now. Just be sure to drink lots and lots of fluid. That's what you really need to concentrate on at this point - lots and lots of liquid. Dehydration is awful and life threatening.

Isopure or Nectar makes clear protein.  That is what my surgeon recommended for post op.

have you tried IsoPure? It is a clear liquid with 40g protein.  Blue Raspberry is not good, but alpine punch and grape are tolerable...to me.  They sell individually at GNC.

Are you sure you're not supposed to be drinking protein drinks or SF Carnation Instant Breakfasts?

I was on three weeks of liquids post-op -- Carnations and water/broth/sugar free popsicles.

Perhaps you should call your doctor's office and double check - vitamin water and jello doesn't seem right.

Yes, could it possibly be clear protein?

My surgery was 8-18-14, I am looking forward to Monday as I get to eat puree. I am also missing the food, to chew something. I have had a few god awful days myself. I have cried and cried, but my husband has been the best support. Keep your head up, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.

Are you getting enough fluids?  64oz is your absolute minimum, and your symptoms sound like dehydration.
