I so hear you.  Some years ago I went through the process of being diagnosed with celiac (which I was happy to find I don't have) and I almost broke down crying in the pasta aisle :P  

This can be a super rough process for our brains as well as our bodies - are you seeing a therapist?  I know that mine is a lifesaver.  She really helps me to unpack my head.

Nausea and fatigue are likely caused by dehydration.  Are you getting 64oz of fluids every day?  It's a full-time job, and it only gets worse the longer you go without enough fluids.  You should not be nauseated and vomiting this far out.  Call your doc and either get an IV of fluids or get to the bottom of what's wrong.
