I got to try a bite of these babies at the Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Las Vegas! I know you posted on this before, but, I can't seem to find it! If yours are anything like his! We're married! LoL..

Traditional scotch eggs are breaded and fried, I think?  I've seen a number of recipes for them on paleo blogs that look really sleeve friendly, though!
