Tightness in chest Full from liquids????
It sounds to me like you might be drinking too fast and inhaling air when you do. Try taking smaller sips. Some people find that drinking through a straw is actually better for them in terms of sucking in air.

Thank you for replying
I had it again this morning while drinking my shake with a straw ( thanks Gwenmo for the tip) I actually took over an hour to drink 8 ounces
this time the tightness is just below my rib cage in the middle I am also burping a lot
I think I might be taking to big of a sip
I will get this it's only be 2 weeks! I will say this is like learning to eat and drink all over again
thanks everyone
