I need more sleep and need to mix up my activity a bit more, find myself cycling all the time. (I think I'm just trying to get in as many rides as I can while weather is good)
Hershey Miniatures 7-8 times a day...... That's moderation... right?

Funny!
I just relocated to the Manhattan area (Jersey City - great view of Freedom Tower and mid-town from our windows), and what a world of difference (in many ways). But... we specifically chose an apartment that was walking distance to just about everything we need. Something basically impossible to do in the suburbs of Minneapolis. I now get 10,000+ steps a day in, without taking a "walk." I just go about my business, going to the store, walking to the subway, etc. I don't count that as exercise - it's just baseline stuff. And now it's just automatic. Getting the car out is so much more hassle than walking, that it will become very natural behavior. We love it!
