NSV
I WALKED my little boy to school for his first day of first grade! The school is only a few blocks away, but a year ago I would have drove him so I wouldn't be out of breathe by the time we got there (small hill between the house and school). Today we walked, I took him in and up a bunch of stairs to his class, no gasping to breathe and dragging myself up the stairs! It felt great! I can only imagine how easy and comfortable it will be to be active when I lose another 50, 100 and 150 pounds! Exciting day and NSV all in one!
Awesome! Cool! Way to go! Congratulations! Keep up the great job you're doing.
