12 month Supervised Program Completed!!!

Today I received and email from my dietitian notifying me that I had completed my 12 month supervised diet as of today.  Although I did not lose much during this time, I have learned a lot and will continue to use the tools that I learned.  As I type this all I can think about is "Yay Me" because she is faxing over my completed nutrition assessment and I can now set up my nutritional education class!

Yay you is right! Completing a 12 month program is AWESOME!
