Today is a great day.  Classes in the morning and, in a bit, P and I are heading over to National Harbor to celebrate our 17th anniversary.  (The actual anniversary was two weeks ago, but this was our first chance for our outing that fit both of our schedules.)  We're going to ride the ferris wheel!  And the carousel!  And walk around a lot!  And have dinner at a fancy traditional Mexican place that we haven't tried yet.  Sadly the menu isn't super easy for me since everything comes wrapped in tortillas, but I feel good about the choice I'll be making.

1: frankenshake
2: greek chicken salad (the last of it!)
3: out to Rosa Mexicano with P to celebrate our anniversary. I think I'll be getting the loaded nacho appetizer they've got since it's got a bunch of protein and will suit me.

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 min zumba, 60 min water aerobics. (Plus walking around National Harbor.)
