3: grilled burgers w/ sweet potato fries w/ aioli

exercise: 45 minutes yoga at home - 15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min intermediate combination, 15 min twist and align for back pain

Woohoo! The weekend will officially start in about an hour for me.

Enjoying some unseasonably cool weather here!  Will be very nice for my son's soccer game in the morning but I was hoping to go canoeing in the afternoon and that might not happen.  We'll see.

B - cottage cheese and smoked salmon

L - southwest chicken and lentil casserole

D - spaghizza - this is a spaghetti crust topped w/ marinara, turkey pepperoni, and cheese.  I'm subbing wheat based spaghetti with a black bean spaghetti I found at Costco.  It's only black beans and water.  With this substitution the spaghizza fits beautifully in my plan, gives me a pizza taste, and makes my kiddos grin.  Win win win

E - repeat of yesterday - ladders and painting.  Might walk later

Lesson of the day: don't consume 4-5 sugar free lifesavers without thinking about it, during the afternoon while sitting at your desk working. Result, very VERY unhappy intestines. Yikes.
