I'm newly into "regular" foods and I'm finding myself slipping back to my old ways, just eating less per meal. Not good. I love reading the "whatcha eating today" post, but I like in MyFitnessPal that there is a little more detail. Anywho, if it's no trouble I would greatly appreciate the chance to "stalk" you.
