3 week stall

How long did your 3 week stall last? I'm drinking my water, getting my protein, doing everything right. Scale hasn't budged in a week and I had surgery on 8/25. It's making me crazy!

I also hit the 3 week stall, and it is a drag! But I can promise you, it will pass. I think it lasted around 7ish days for me.

Does an extreme workout help with this ?

I had surgery VSG on 8/19 and have got the three week stall on cue. I have been stalled for 12 days. Ready to lose my mind!!!! I will keep doing what I know is right , but boy is it discouraging :(

Especially since I saw Rosie ODonnell on TV today. Does not look like the sleeve worked for her :(

I'm more inclined to think that she didn't work for the sleeve.  The sleeve isn't a magic wand that fixes everything - we still need willpower and compliance!

She's lost 53 lbs and is still losing.  Not sure I'd call that a fail.  It's a slow loss, for sure, but she seems to be pleased with it.  I think she looks great.

I've only stalled after weekends I've been out of town and, therefore, eating in restaurants instead of eating home cooked foods.  Each and every one of them has passed within a week, assuming I stick to my plan.

I am almost at 4 months post-op and I havent lost more than 2 lbs in almost 4 weeks.  It is extremely frustrating but I keep having people tell me that I look like I have still lost ten lbs in that amount of time so I guess I can't complain.  Hang in there and just keep doing what you need to do.  It will most definitely work itself out.
