Low B-12 and Low Blood Sugar

Yeah I take a sublingual B-12 liquid it does wonders but when I talked to my dietician she said it could be dumping syndrome. It went on for months until I got it under control. small dose of sugar after a meal keeps it controlled along with the B-12 complex every day. Small dose meaning a hershey kiss or a bite size peanut butter cup. It is still suggested you talk to your doctor first before trying this but it does work for me. No more tremors and feeling great.

Thanks Jeff.  I did not think of dumping syndrome. I am getting better at controlling it.  Thanks for the suggestion!
