Hi my friends!

I am three years out and gained back 40 lbs .    I am looking for people to share their meal plans when they were on regular foods and still losing weight.    I figure I am not doing the right thing and am will to be subject to others ideas until I lose some of the 40 lbs.

I have started on protein shakes for breakfast.   Tomorrow night will be my first night that I don't serve my family carbs with dinner.   We will see how that goes.

There is a daily Watcha Eatin' Today thread that is worth checking out. Also, you could friend people on myfitnesspal and check out their diaries. If you want to friend me, my name there is SibylDiane and I log every day. My diary is open to friends, and the vast majority of my friends there are fellow sleevers.

I a little over 3 years, regained 40ish lbs or so, and have lost half by eating very clean - no sugar, flour or wheat - basically a paleo type diet. There's no way I go go back to 600-800 calorie thing people here advocate. There's a couple paths to losing the weight - find the one you know you can follow through long term

I lost weight by eating three meals a day with each meal consisting of 3.5 ounces of dense protein plus all the healthy low-carb veggies I could eat.  I aimed for about 1000 to 1200 calories day and less than 25 grams of carbs per day.

I cook a lot of different foods to keep it interesting for me, and help me resist all the foods I want but don't allow myself.

Good luck with your efforts.
