30000 feet and no chicken broth
I travel every 2 -3 weeks from Atlanta to Boston and back. It doesn't have to be too difficult if you plan ahead. I allow extra time at the airport so I can grab a chicken noodle soup, or lentil soup. I also take protein friendly snacks for emergencies (a luna bar, or pure protein bar) just in case my tummy starts to hurt later on. I always order hot tea from the flight attendant (I never realized they had hot tea on airplanes). The first thing I do the day I arrive in Boston is go to a store for sugar free pops and a gallon of water (to make my crystal light for the trip).
