VSG on 10/06/14 with

well I am out of surgery and out of recovery and I am feeling good no Ohio area so that's good news able to take the ice chips with no problem but that's okay thank you all thoughts and prayers and encouragement I would not have been able to do this without your help

No joke. I've only been on OH for a month but you've had the roughest pre-op diet of anyone I've seen so far. Hats off to you... not sure I could have done it.
