It's my busy day.  And, of course, 15 minutes before I need to leave for my evening stuff I start thinking, "gosh, I wish I had taken a nap."  Caffeine strips exist for a reason, I guess.

Hope it's ok to participate. I want to hold myself accountable to sticking to plan during my 4 week pre op diet. I like to call it the Loser's Bench Boot Camp

B: Strawberry Optifast800 Shake

S: 1/2 Cup SF Jello (Strawberry)

L: French Vanilla Optifast800 Shake

S: Berry Yogurt Optifast800 Protein Bar

D: Garden Tomato Optifast800 Soup W/ 1 cup Chopped Celery added

Water - 14cups

So far it's not too bad, Mild headache and a little stomach growl but overall easy to deal with. I did have one minor temptation to smoke, I think this come from an old habit I used to have of replacing one habit with more of another. Ex: Quit Smoking = Eat More, Eat Less = Smoke More. I recognized it immediately as a mental craving as Nicotine is out of my system. Combated with Prayer and Bible Reading.

So I'm one week out today from sleeve. How often are we suppose to eat? And how far in between. My doctor wants me to have 100 gram per day of protein.Today I have had 1 Adkins shake, half cup creme mushroom soup, 1 pure protein shake, half cup cottage cheese, and supper another half cup cottage cheese. I'm afraid I might eat to much.
