I'm 2days post op and I belched like crazy! Is it normal?

I am having some serious belching problems . I cannot sleep. Do you think that the protein shakes I drink are the culprit???

I think you're drinking too fast

If you had laparoscopic vsg done...they pump your body with co2 so they can see better inside. You will be extremely gas-y. It's probably the gas that keeps me most uncomfortable. Breathing...clapping your chest or back...slow winding movements...walking and for me warm liquids help.
