I'm so sorry for your loss. And I know it's so hard to take care of yourself when you're grieving and trying to take care of everyone/everything else. Hang in there, try to be kind to yourself, find people that you can turn to for support and who can remind you to be kind to yourself when you need the extra hand.

I am so, so sorry for the loss of your son...I can't even imagine the pain you are going through right now. It could very well be that your hair loss is connected more to the stress than anything having to do with vitamins. It takes quite a long time actually for vitamin deficiency to show up in hair/skin/nails. But hair loss from stress can happen very quickly.
Sending you hugs across the miles and pray that you and your family find peace and healing in each other.
I am so very sorry for the loss your son. I cannot fathom what you must be going through.
Try to take care of yourself during this difficult time. You'll need all your strength and healthy mindset. My thoughts are with you and your family
