What is your favorite low carb/sugar greek yogurt?!

Hello all!!!

I'm trying to get an idea of what people eat in the greek yogurt market??

I have a grocery chain here that sells carb master products. I tried the yogurt last week and it wasn't too bad.

For me my ultimate favorite is the dannon lite greek yogurts !!! I live them !!! The chocolate rasberry is to die for !!! :-)

I like chobani and fage, stoneyfield...pumpkin chobani is my favorite. 

I buy plain and add my own flavors. I've used lemon/lime juice, cocoa powder, cinnamon. I sweeten with liquid splenda. I made coffee yogurt once with instant coffee! 

Ohh.......I'm thinking of yummy combinations I can make!

Dannon Lite & Fit Greek, all flavors. They make a fruit on the bottom type and a mixed type. They all have 0 fat, 8-9 carbs, 12 grams of protein and 80 calories.

Walmart/Great Value has a lite Greek brand that is good too but I don't shop there any more. There is a Cotsco opening in Kalamazoo soon and I can't wait to see if they have their brand lite Greek yogurt and I want to try the Kirdkland supplements and Premier Protein RTD shakes too.

Hey Dawm, I'm in Michigan too, but the Detroit area. I bought premier protein at Sam's Club today. I'm pre-op right now and I have surgery in 11 days (yay) so I'm just trying to get ideas and prep!

I love the Dannon light and Fit Greek yogurt. The only one that I wasn't too fond of was the strawberry/ banana flavor. I am eating a strawberry one right now. I usually have one for my afternoon snack. The Yoplait light is good too, but they have 100 calories. I can't tell a difference in the taste so why do I need the extra 20 calories? lol  If you like coffee flavors Dannon has a caramel macchiato, that is divine! 

I love the caramel macchiato, too!  There's only one grocery store near me that has that flavor, though, and it's all the way on the other side of town.
