NSVs! Airplane and pants!
Flew to New England with my daughter to visit family. Last time I was on a plane was in July when I went to Mexico for surgery. Then I brought my own seat belt extender because I was tired of the humiliation of asking for one. This time, I had a 3-4" piece of belt left over AND THE TRAY TABLE CAME DOWN ALL THE WAY!!! I wanted to cry with happiness. (Also, if you are obese, fly Jet Blue. Seats are bigger. American and United are horrific.)
When I got home this evening my new size 22 pants had arrived and they fit PERFECTLY! Even have an extra button in the waist to tighten as I lose. My old pants were 28s, and they were seriously tight. I almost never wear pants because I don't like the way my "front butt" shows. I've worn giant hippie skirts almost exclusively for 10 years. No more! Next stop - JEANS!!!!!
I am so happy for you. Fitting into an airplane seat is a wonderful NSV! And the best is yet to come! Before you know it you'll have an hour-glass shape again! Did I mention, I love my sleeve?
Congratulations
Carol
