S - yogurt w/ strawberries

D - steak au poivre w/ either potatos or cauliflower gratin (good or bad?)

E - yoga maybe

Just got back from my 3 month check in with my surgeon's office (weeks early). Feeling happy with my progress.

 

B: Protein Shake

L- Shredded chicken w/ salsa

S- Turkey Jerky

D- Chicken Burger

B:  oatmeal with almonds and walnuts 

L:  out at authentic chinese noodle restaurant - got pork flatbread sandwich (at pork) and a lamb kabob

D:  leftovers - chicken and maybe salad

S:  no sugar added fudgesicle

Breakfast - finished off those stuffed green peppers

Lunch1  - harvest chicken salad

Lunch2 - pulled pork

Dinner - chicken with bacon and cheese

exercise -any time now... off to the recumbent bike
