I wanted to fit a size 10 by December and I tried and bought a size ten dress yesterday. Major NSV

I planned my NY resolution that I am going to do a 5k every month in the year 2015 but only the ones with finishers medals. Well I've been doing a 3.5 mile walk within my lunch break twice a week so decided why wait until January. So I am doing the breast cancer 5k in October, the Diabetes 5k in November and a 5k for hunger also in November. Super excited and all with finishers medals. I already bought the medal board and eager to rack em up.

Fantastic!  You'll be clanking with every step with all of those medals :D

(I just finished my first ever 5K today and plan to wear my medal ALL WEEK.  Since that's what one does, right?)  :D

Thanks guys. You know what amazes me the most is that this body can actually run...freaks me out every time. The medals will be my little motivation. I plan to wear my medal all week when I get it too...LOL.

Not many can understand this journey so I celebrate every time I push my body beyond what my brain says it can do. By the time December 2015 comes I intend to run the full marathon.
