Start cooking your own food.  Only then can you control the amount of sodium.

What do you mean you're on a 2880 calorie "diet"?  Did someone suggest you eat that many calories?  Are you tracking your intake on My Fitness Pal?

You can reduce sodium by eating fresh foods - canned foods and processed foods have high sodium contents.  An put away the salt shaker, except for seasoning as you cook - or better still, use salt substitutes.
