A month out and haven't lost weight in 2 weeks.
Hey guys,
On October 29th I was 1 month out from surgery. I haven't lost any weight since around the 14th and I'm starting to get really upset. I don't know if a stall is supposed to last this long so early out. I'm watching everything I eat and I'm really getting frustrated. Did anyone else have this problem?

It's just the famous three week stall - if you search the forum you'll find tons of posts about this. Relax, accept that it's just part of the process, and by all means stick with your plan. Yes, it's very frustrating, but it will absolutely pass. The bad news is that it's likely just the first of many pauses in the weight loss journey, so settle in, follow your plan, and think long term - don't sweat the stall stuff! (oooo, I made a funny! lol).
Sounds totally normal.
How much protein are you getting in every day? How many ounces of liquid?
