What to do the night before surgery.....

Well  read all the posts on thie forum of course.....and hope the time goes fast!!

I savored my last shake and then went to sleep.  I'd been running around with my cat to the emergency vet the previous night and day, so I was exhausted.  

I am sure I will do that too. Hoping to fall asleep early.

BTW Gwen... I really do enjoy all your posts.  They are very informative...and honest. !

Take your measurements- all parts of your body, so you can see your progress.  I didn't and now, 80 of the 90 lbs I want to lose gone I can see the difference, but it wold have been nice to have measurements for those weeks when I didn't lose or when I felt discouraged.

And get a good night's sleep- tomorrow you start to create the new, healthy you!  Good luck!

Thanks Dee... I do feel like my life has been on HOLD since June  So glad it is finally hear!

I spent some time with friends/family and had a nice couple hours laughing and relaxing a bit. Took some final "before" pictures, did a little light cleaning and went to bed a little early. 

I have to take a shower and wipe down with those "antiseptic" towels  . I think I am going to do that soon... finsh packing..and try to turn in early .So glad it is finally MY TURN!!
