Five Days and a Wake-Up...
Some people cry out upon the hilltops that their surgeries have been approved and scheduled, and here I'm scared to whisper it to myself for fear I'll wake up and find it's not real... But as I'm biting my nails in anticipation of my pre-op appointment tomorrow, I think it might actually happen this time.

Congrats you guys! Can't wait to hear all about your experiences. I am 2 weeks post op today. I started a Facebook secret group for newbies like us. If you are interested in joining please message me your email address and I will send you an invite. It would be nice to get that going and much easier to find posts. Good Luck on your upcoming surgeries. I have to say the surgery really was uneventful, not much pain at all, but it really is hard to get the water in and the craving for real food can get to you. Thank God that today I can actually have something to chew on! Lynne
