Three weeks out.. Is this normal?
At the end of week 1 post-op, I weighed in at 234. I went in for my 1 week post-op appointment and weighed in at 237! Went home, looked on my scale and saw the same thing, so I know my scale matches with my surgeon's. At the end of week 2, I was relieved to see the scale had dropped to 233. I did my weigh-in yesterday and saw that the scale hadn't moved. I feel I am doing all I'm supposed to.. I walk about 3 times/week for at least one mile, I am eating what I'm supposed to (I'm currently on pureed food)... I want to mention before I post my stats that I am hypothyroid and started my thyroid meds again after 3 weeks off.. Been back on it for 2 weeks. I am also insulin resistant from PCOS... Here are my nutritional stats.:

The first thing I notice is that your protein intake is a bit low. I know every plan is a bit different but the general consensus is that protein should be at least 60 grams but 70-90 is ideal. Lack of protein can cause weight loss stalls. Can you add a shake or two on your plan to get the protein up?

I agree with him. Low Protein intake got me a few months ago. My doctor had me do 3 protein shakes a day as well as eat protein. Also Make sure your water intake is at least 60, or as close to that as possible. I have severe PCOS, bad enough I had been on steroid injections through my abdominal wall for 13 years to control it... Got off them a week before surgery age 26. Blegh So I feel ya and trust me.... this surgery changes pcos and what it does to our bodies dramatically. feel free to email me if you have questions regarding pcos and what you're going through. I had a friend that was 13 lbs up at her 1 week post op visit because she retained that much fluid from the surgery. Her doctor told her it is normal to experience that because they give you a lot of fluids and some people retain more than others.
Your protein is a bit low. How much fluid are you getting? You should be aiming for at least 60 grams of protein and at least 64 ounces of liquids.
Otherwise, stalls are COMPLETELY normal throughout the entire weight loss phase. So, sadly, get used to them. :/ They suck, but that's just how things work.
