Seeking an app recommendation!

Hi all!

Right now, I'm writing all down in a journal and using labels to calculate the carbs/protein/calories. I know as I get further out, I'll be eating different stuff and will really want to track all of these things WELL.

Can anyone suggest a good phone app for this? Maybe one that will add some of the specs on foods automatically?

THANKS!!!

MVP is great-you just have to ignore what they say about your food intake. I think you can customize it-i don't worry about it at this point but will probably do so when I move to more normal food.

myfitnesspal.com , you just have to use common sense because the of the food values are wrong because there entered by anyone on the site

so if you see a 5 cal donut you know its wrong

I like My Fitness Pal. I also use Self magazine's Nutrition Data to find correct values for foods, including whole foods. Here is the link http://nutritiondata.self.com/  You can track food with Self magazine, but MFP is more user friendly. If you can't find what food you are looking for, you can add your own food. MFP also allows you to scan a barcode that will add the food to your list.
