Back to basics today and weekend

Nuts have derailed me, haven't been journaling properly, and didn't exercise yesterday.

I am back to the basics today and tomorrow. Drinking 5 rtd shakes a day and water in between. I am going to see The Hunger Games this afternoon and I am going to watch it without popcorn! I am DETERMINED to get to my first gosl by 1/1/15...

Posting this to hold myself accountabke and for my own affirmation. Happy Friday to everyone.

At this point going back to liquids is really no different than any other crash diet. It'd be better to go back to the basics of your forever diet - dense carbs, lots of non caloric liquids, few refined/processed carbs, etc. There's no need for a crash diet when you know how to eat!

If you were slipping up with carbs at all, the first few days of getting back on track can be a butt with your body withdrawing from carbs.  So that might be a culprit to feeling crummy for the first few days!
