I think I've died and gone to heaven!!! I made Ricotta Bake. Could only eat 1.5 oz. But it was a VERY yummy 1.5 oz.!!!

It is delicious after drinking sweet and cold protein shakes post surgery. Something savory and warm hits the spot.

My first actual food was a bite of mashed potatoes (not my best choice) but I actually cried because it felt so good to have something besides protein shakes!
