Pureed Food - FINALLY!
never had a pureed stage went right to all foods starting with softer stuff at 2 weeks
there are TONS OF RECIPES ONLINE
it gets easier as more types of food are added , some surgeons allow well chewed baked tilopia on the pureed stage
Cottage cheese was my favorite and still is! Funny how your taste changes. I was just looking for taste and you can eat so little of anything you barely get to taste it. Loved Greek yogurt before surgery. Now I don't like it. Tuna salad was one of the first pureed I had and that went down pretty easy. I pureed cauliflower but that didn't have much taste. Good luck. You just have to experiment. I was allowed mashed potatoes and applesauce but didn't eat them because they didn't have protein. Hope you do well. Measure!!!
Baked ricotta from Eggface's pureed ideas. I was so sick of everything sweet and cold that I couldn't wait for something warm and savory.
