Did I almost make a mistake?
So after almost 3 weeks of chocolatey protein shakes, I decided to make a strawberry one. I used Strawberry Chike, ice cubes, 100% Juicy Juice Straw-Banana and 3tsp of SF strawberry jam. Everything here is acceptable on my NUTs plan. Whipped it up in the Ninja. YUMMMMM! Except I can taste the little seeds from the jam. I am worried this might mess something up. I looked over my NUT plan, and I can have SF jelly or jam. No mention of avoiding seeds. I have drank half of the shake, but am thinking of throwing the rest out because I am worried a seed might stick somewhere. I did have a taste of the jam the other day with no complications. My recovery has been improving everyday and I don't want any setbacks. What do you all think?? I am 11 days post op.

Thanks everyone. I threw away the rest of the shake and made another one without the jam. I'll have to call my NUT on Monday to get a clarification.

Absolutely avoid seeds- they can get caught up in your raw staple line!
