another string of 3 lb days

Looks like its starting again today, after a few days of no loss.

Seems like a reoccurring thing for me, a stall and then rapid loss for a few days.

Not a problem anymore, just going with the flow.

I'm 2 months post now and down a total of 88 lbs. Just crazy if you ask me.

Still have those days when I just can't meet my protein and water goals, but feeling better all the time.

Doing more to eat normal food now like veggies and even some complex carbs. Just in small quantities.

Nobody said it would be easy, and it's not. But the benefits certainty outweigh (for lack of a better word) the challenges.

Hope all of you have the results your looking for, I for one have seen extraordinary changes in just two months.

I have a long way to go and look forward to the next chapter.

Just to keep things in perspective -- I'm pre-surgery and have been "stalled" at 275 pounds for the last two years.

To me, you're doing absolutely, fantastically, outrageously great!

Thanks psycho,

Perspective? This journey seems to have no boundaries.

I even find myself looking forward to stalls now.

Best weight loss seems to follow a stall, weird I know.

3 days since my last one and down 11 more.

Its freakin' me out. I'm worried about loosing muscle mass when I see 3 or 4 lb a day go away.

I start weight training next month, hopefully that will help ease my mind.

All I can say is this is Great, even with the little issues that pop up now and then.

Soon, the extra guy on my back will be gone. Lol

When is your big day?

My only advice, stay excited about the process no matter what it throws at you.

I completely believe that a positive attitude  is the main ingredient for success.

Good luck to you in 2015.

My surgery hasn't been scheduled yet, but should be around the beginning of February. Just a few details left to do before I get a date.

I am excited about the process, even (perhaps especially) now, because of all the tremendous things I'm reading on this forum, including yours. Best of continuing good luck to you.
