Shouldn't have had a V8!

We are out of town and my hubby went to the store to get me some protein shakes. When he came home with V8 "protein" I was excited to try a new brand. It only has 12 grams of protein and 32 carbs! Reminder to check the label!

That's crazy. Saw Nature Valley Protein Oatmeal---51 grams of carbs to 10 grams protein. Protein oatmeal? More like carb oatmeal.
