There's nothing you can do to stop it/slow it down - your best bet is to save your money and get a hair cut that will hide the loss. :)

B 12 vitamins help and also biotin shampoo you can buy it online at vitacoast.. that will help you alot. The shampoo will thicken your hair you shall see.
